• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ability to innovate in rewards space and develop success metrics.
• Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Advanced Excel skills including vlookups and data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfort in an agile work environment and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Translate compensation and benefits philosophy into actionable plans.
• Partner with Finance for multi-year financial modeling.
• Build employee value proposition and drive communications.
• Manage and develop a team of compensation and benefits experts.
• Collaborate with HR on offers and promotions.
• Forecast long-term compensation strategy.
• Iterate on compensation model with executive team.
• Lead preparation for Compensation Committee materials.
