Requirements:

• United States citizenship (required).
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.
• Self-starter able to work remotely with limited supervision.
• Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or other relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Intune) required.
• An associate's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline required.
• Minimum of five years' experience, with at least three years of specialized experience in relevant technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Support operations by managing and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory Hybrid environment, Entra-ID, Azure, Intune, and AutoPilot.
• Ensure secure and efficient configuration, deployment, and management of laptops, mobile devices, applications, and security policies.
• Implement mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with security and organizational standards.
• Document procedures and maintain change control records.
