Requirements:

Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator.
Preferred Certifications: Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist.
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes.
Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Strong functional understanding of Salesforce sharing and security.
Dedication to continuous learning with the Salesforce platform.
Significant experience with connected applications and managed packages.

Responsibilities:

Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom object customization, and dashboards.
Build and maintain integrated applications including HubSpot, Outreach, Netsuite, and others.
Design and implement complex automation solutions using flow and APEX.
Serve as an L3 support agent for escalated tickets.
Collaborate with IT for user management and permissions.
Provide system-related input for internal user enablement.
