Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
• Experience in on- and off-premise direct sales and distributor management.
• Clear understanding of channel management and pricing.
• Demonstrated success in delivering sales KPI’s and implementing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media in the alcohol space.
• Experience managing budgets and maximizing return on investment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Strong computer skills including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to grow business in key accounts.
• Experience motivating distributor partners.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive frequently.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for 818 Tequila and Sprinter Vodka Soda distribution and overall brand exposure in key accounts to increase velocity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with account owners, managers, and buyers.
• Conduct regular market work-withs with distributors.
• Provide account management and participate in market events.
• Lead meetings with distributor teams and collaborate with marketing.
• Analyze top performing accounts to grow market share.
