Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Proactive, focused, and customer-oriented profile.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled at building and managing relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and hierarchical levels.
• Analytical skills to interpret numbers and derive insights from them.
• Experience creating presentations for different hierarchical levels.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency sufficient to handle meetings with LatAm stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and map areas for improvement within the Operations team and the client pillar as a whole.
• Lead projects and initiatives, taking responsibility for deliverables and coordinating actions with other teams as needed.
• Organize meetings, office hours, and training sessions with stakeholders to address tasks, request support, communicate improvements, and align new processes.
• Create documentation to formalize process improvements, policies, and other definitions, while tracking ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization, both technical and non-technical, to ensure successful deliveries.
• Develop solutions to enhance the efficiency of partner operations teams by optimizing their time and implementing controls to minimize potential errors.
• Effectively manage expectations and overcome objections.
• Be hands-on and provide support whenever necessary.
