Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English, especially in reading and writing.

- Responding to queries within agreed times and dealing with customer communications to prioritize solutions while protecting confidentiality.
- Resolving technical issues raised by customers through fault-finding analysis and offering appropriate solutions, including communication via telephone.
- Maintaining a dedicated service focused on exceptional responses and quality.
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify trends in customer queries.
