Requirements:

  • Responding to queries within agreed times and dealing with customer communications to prioritize solutions while protecting confidentiality.
  • Resolving technical issues raised by customers through fault-finding analysis and offering appropriate solutions, including communication via telephone.
  • Maintaining a dedicated service focused on exceptional responses and quality.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify trends in customer queries.
