Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience (B2B sales) selling software or software-as-a-service (SaaS).
  • Demonstrated sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota in a software or SaaS company.
  • Deep knowledge of online/internet/digital marketing technology.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue quota in a Sales Manager or equivalent role.
  • Experience selling into the Nordics region.
  • Well-established presence in local markets with a relevant network.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail oriented with relationship-building skills and a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high-calibre presentation skills.
  • Strong cold calling skills and comfortable seeking out decision-makers.
  • Relevant sales experience in CDP, email, or marketing automation preferred.
  • Technology skills to do complete product demonstrations and discuss technical topics.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting business activities to ensure new customer acquisition (commission based).
  • Lead sales efforts within the Nordics region, managing the sales process including price negotiation to closing business.
  • Develop a strategy for e-commerce in the Nordics to penetrate key prospects (C-level clients).
  • Perform sales activities to obtain meetings with C-level clients and develop a sustained pipeline.
  • Conduct business needs analyses and explain why CDP satisfies those needs.
  • Manage CRM system for accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Engage with clients over webinars, calls, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Prepare client briefs and proposals autonomously.
  • Demonstrate initiative to grow the business.
