Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience.
• Experience with strategic accounts in the CPG industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Proven sales success and territory management.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Critical negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Effective written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to multiple stores regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategy for key accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while managing budgets.
• Create and implement promotions based on ROI.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts and product projections.
• Maximize product listings and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing on unique programs.
• Lead and mentor team members in the sales process.
• Conduct ongoing research on accounts and competition.
• Attend trade shows and events as required.
