Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales-driven account management experience with mid-market clients.
  • Experience selling into the mid-market industry at an enterprise level is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving renewal and upsell revenue.
  • B2B sales account management experience within Ad Sales, Tech, Digital Media, or relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of consumer insights and marketing terminology.
  • Ability to consolidate complex data into informative presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing large data sets with functions like filters and pivot tables.
  • Strong negotiation skills and agility in handling objections.
  • Experience with Salesforce functions and dashboards.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for managing large-scale projects.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
  • Comfortable with autonomy and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Retain and expand Fetch partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on sales and marketing leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Ensure over 50% of role is client-facing, meeting partners' needs through deliverables.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to enhance partnerships.
  • Provide regular access to data and reporting for optimizing partner budgets.
  • Engage partners with value, strategy, and vision of Fetch.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Fetch products and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Partner counterpart to leverage data for opportunities.
  • Maintain communication across teams, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Work with Industry Lead and cross-functional teams on implementations and objectives.
