Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales-driven account management experience partnering with marketing contacts at an enterprise level.
  • Experience selling into the Beauty/OTC industry at an enterprise level strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving renewal/upsell revenue.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales account management within relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of consumer insights and marketing terminology.
  • Ability to consolidate complex data into data-informed stories.
  • Experience with advanced Excel, filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Strong negotiation skills and agility in objection handling.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce functions and dashboards.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for project management.
  • Willingness to travel for sales meetings and client presentations.
Responsibilities:
  • Retain and expand Fetch partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, particularly sales and marketing leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Client-facing role with over 50% dedicated to ensuring deliverables meet partner needs.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and key touchpoints to improve relationships with brand partners.
  • Provide partners with regular access to data and reporting to optimize spending.
  • Promote Fetch's value to partners through strategic engagement.
  • Maintain knowledge of Fetch products and strategies related to partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with Partner counterparts to leverage data for new opportunities.
  • Implement cross-functional communications within Sales and other departments.
  • Work with industry leads and stakeholders on partner objectives.
