Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in employee benefits solutions.
• Demonstrated success in broker channel sales and relationship management.
• Experience selling to mid-market employers (100-3K employees) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Formulates and executes a sales strategy to maximize sales growth.
• Generates revenue for the assigned region, meeting or exceeding quota.
• Drives outreach to brokers and employers, building lasting relationships.
• Articulates the HealthJoy value proposition and adapts to diverse interactions.
• Collaborates across teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
