  • Focus on translating new business objectives into an onboarding motion through effective channels.
  • Develop and maintain the onboarding playbook.
  • Manage 2-4 team members while assessing future growth needs.
  • Audit and implement optimal onboarding infrastructure to enhance platform adoption.
  • Set up engagement structure with cross-functional teams to achieve onboarding goals.
