Requirements:

• Motivated by Coinbase's mission.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven KYC/AML experience in financial services or technology.
• Minimum of 5 years leading Compliance program teams.
• Working knowledge of financial services laws and regulations.
• Hands-on experience defining success metrics.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Lead various Compliance programs and initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Create and lead Compliance programs with partners to enhance productivity and quality.
• Develop Compliance program OKRs and drive improvements based on team feedback.
• Utilize metrics and reporting for informed decision-making.
• Conduct program reviews to promote operational excellence.
• Delegate tasks and set performance expectations.
• Hire and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
