Requirements:

• 4+ years of operations experience.
• At least 2+ years in direct payment operations with a track record of success.
• Experience managing performance-driven operations and reporting processes.
• Ability to manage complex operational processes and relationships.
• Experience with accounting, online payment processing, and/or the banking industry.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under various constraints.
• Aptitude for communicating technical information to non-technical users.
• Highly motivated, independent, and collaborative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct domestic and international payment operations ensuring support from third parties.
• Lead production teams within incident management, fraud reporting, disputes, and recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive performance and manage risk.
• Execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of payment channel transactional flows and industry practices.
• Identify issues and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Manage vendors to ensure uninterrupted support.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks related to payment operations.
