Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong senior relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of escalation for direct reports and junior team members.
  • Manage client account distribution department-wide.
  • Identify client needs and link solutions to their objectives.
  • Run risk assessments of commercial contracts and lead client negotiations.
  • Contribute to the pitch process for new client wins.
  • Collaborate with team members on company-wide initiatives.
  • Work with the Head of Department on strategy implementation.
  • Drive forward Department OKRs.
  • Participate in wider business projects supporting departmental functions.
