Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree preferably in an energy-related or policy-related discipline, including environmental, electrical or mechanical engineering, public policy or economics degrees.
• A minimum of two years of work related experience.
• Will also accept well qualified candidates with at least four years of work related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Technical experience in the field of lighting, HVAC, water heating, envelope, industrial processes, electric vehicles, demand response, distributed generation, and related technology solutions preferred.
• Experience with energy codes and standards and/or specification development preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis.
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with task management software such as Monday.com.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work and thrive independently.
• Willingness to conduct occasional business travel.
• Enthusiasm for working within a diverse, collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Overall direction, management, quality control, and completion of project deliverables.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, processes, and tasks with minimal oversight.
• Facilitating the progress of multiple projects and bringing them to conclusion.
• Proactively communicating project progress to management and clients.
• Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators.
• Conducting market research and data analysis.
• Tracking industry trends and other market changes that impact energy efficiency.
• Organizing and facilitating virtual meetings and conference calls.
• Conducting outreach to industry stakeholders.
• Subcontractor management, including invoicing.
• Conducting literature searches.
