6+ years of experience building and scaling customer success programs, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive key decisions, and deliver results through OKR alignment.
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
Excellent presentation skills with executive awareness.
Responsibilities:
Own and deliver high-impact Customer Success programs to improve customer retention, increase product adoption, and accelerate time-to-value through data-informed strategies.
Develop and deliver initiatives for the Customer Success team to enhance effectiveness and efficiency for Fleetio customers using data and analytics.
Represent the Customer Success Team in cross-functional programs focused on customer experience initiatives.
Design business rules analyzing customer data, triggering actions for the Customer Success team.
