Requirements:

B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance.
6+ years of relevant cost accounting, manufacturing operations, or process optimization experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Flexibility in working hours to support global teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-driven and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.

Identify process improvements, manage multiple priorities, and ensure compliance with policies.
Provide training and development for team members and act as a change agent.
