Proposal Development Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field OR 5+ years of demonstrated experience in writing and editing proposals.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and managing proposal materials in response to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/RFAs.
• Strong writing, management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with internet research, SharePoint, Salesforce, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Interest in sustainability and impact on the environment.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate the proposal development process from RFP release through contract award.
• Support proposal and business development efforts in close collaboration with subject matter experts and external partners.
• Write custom copy that reflects corporate strategies.
• Participate in pre-sale and positioning activities.
• Lead post-submission activities, including presentation development and client clarification responses.
