Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an Environmental, Health & Safety role specializing in fleet safety/DOT compliance.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene or Risk Management and minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Expert knowledge of effective fleet safety management principles for multi-site corporations in construction and infrastructure.
• Ability to travel up to 60%, mostly by air.
• Expert knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA codes.

Responsibilities:

• Complete safety surveys to ensure clients’ compliance with governmental safety regulations.
• Provide compliance and safety consulting services focused on fleet safety and DOT compliance.
• Analyze client claims experience and accident/incident data to determine trends and recommend control programs.
• Develop fleet safety service strategies and DOT compliance plans for risk control programs.
• Assist clients with inspections, accident investigations, and recordkeeping efforts.
• Train client management teams and employees/drivers in compliance and safety practices.
• Coordinate client activities with other EPIC departments.
