Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Managed Services or IT service delivery management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Experience in client management and relationship-building.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational goals and driving service improvements.
  • Experience with D365 CE and/or F&O.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing the Managed Services team to deliver high-quality support and solutions to clients.
  • Strategizing and implementing service delivery plans to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Managed Services department, including resource allocation and performance management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements and innovation.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring the team meets service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Developing and mentoring team members to foster a high-performance culture.
