Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in project management at a professional services or consulting organization.
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks like Prosci ADKA.
• Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IT project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate technology adoption, ensuring clients are trained and supported in using Microsoft technologies.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and user adoption.
• Coordinate technical and functional teams, developing and executing project plans.
• Develop communication plans and training materials, monitoring project progress.
• Manage project budgets and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize adoption.
• Provide ongoing support to users during the change process.
