Requirements:

• BS / BA Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales or account management; client/customer facing role.
• Proven track record of hitting goals and revenue targets.
• Data-oriented, analytical sales approach.
• Customer-centric and skilled in building relationships.
• Confidence in client presentations to influence effectively.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of business to meet and exceed revenue and retention goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations on business growth through Weedmaps marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with assigned Account Executive(s) for client value maximization.
• Enhance client proficiency in Weedmaps platform through training.
• Conduct regular business reviews, sales presentations, and product demos.
• Maintain client data in CRM, including calls, meetings, and billing updates.
• Proactively communicate billing updates to support collection efforts.
• Relay client feedback to improve products and processes.
