  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruiting processes for GTM roles.
  • Experience in measuring and optimizing pass-through rates using data.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments requiring adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Minimum 1 year as a recruiting coordinator, with scheduling and candidate communication experience.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, along with strong Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Build top-of-funnel pipelines by managing high-volume recruiting processes for various sales roles.
  • Conduct video and phone screenings to identify top candidates and maintain a high-quality pipeline.
  • Schedule and organize interviews and hiring events, ensuring seamless progression through the hiring process.
  • Drive data operational excellence by managing ATS and ensuring candidates are processed swiftly.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders while meeting specific hiring deadlines.
