Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks of large, distributed ML applications.
• Experience in implementation of applications using LLM’s and GenAI.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, data structures, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with languages like Java or Go.
• Strong knowledge in deploying scalable ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and big data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and build robust and efficient ML systems for a production environment.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists to optimize workflows for model training and inference.
• Be a subject matter expert on ML infrastructure.
• Ensure operational excellence and reliability of ML systems by defining SLAs.
• Develop tools for model management and continuous monitoring.
• Mentor and promote a culture of continuous learning within the team.
