Proven ability to drive sales process from start to finish.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
Experience preparing reports and presenting analytical insights using CRM tools.

Ensure consistent, high performance in all key sales funnel metrics for each team member.
Directly manage Admissions Producers (Senior and Senior Level II).
Coach and provide impactful feedback to admissions producers.
Implement team improvements and suggest global changes.
Plan and execute ongoing group training and professional development.
Supervise onboarding and training of new admissions representatives.
Communicate regularly with regional sales teams and campus Regional Directors.
Provide regular, accurate forecasting to local and regional management.
Partner closely with local Regional Directors to align on admissions priorities.
Engage team members using in-person and remote communication tactics.
