Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, or actuarial services.
• Familiarity with medical billing, adjudication, and revenue cycle.
• Proficiency in risk adjustment and SQL.
• Solid understanding of healthcare financial terms, value-based care, and medical cost drivers.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to various stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyze, and summarize large healthcare datasets to identify medical cost trends and utilization patterns.
• Develop actuarial and financial models to forecast financial performance and find cost improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, network, and engineering teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Produce actionable insights on the impact of Firefly Health initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.
