Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in client success, account management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience building and scaling Client Success organizations.
• Proven track record in managing client success in healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in cardiology.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience as a player-coach, engaging in both leadership and execution.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills with C-level executives.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Tailor account plans for customers aligning with their business goals.
• Take on a hands-on role in managing and executing client success activities.
• Network and build trusting relationships with customer leadership.
• Manage client success across multiple sales verticals.
• Establish KPIs for the team and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience.
• Develop strategies to maximize client retention and growth.
• Advocate for client needs within the organization.
