Responsibilities:

• End to End ownership of Midnite Casino.
• Spearhead evolution of 'Real Money' and 'Free to Play' Gaming.
• Full ownership of the Casino & Gaming Roadmap.
• Lead Gamification solutions across Midnite Product.
• Develop a highly engaging, high-retention experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams.
• Champion a Product-led environment with a focus on users.
• Work with the Head of Product on long-term Product Strategy.
• Build strong relationships with 3rd party game providers and stakeholders.
• Regularly report Product KPIs to stakeholders and leads.
