Requirements:
  • BA/BS plus at least 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience working with federal clients, specifically FEMA, in emergency management and disaster recovery.
  • Experience in client account management and business development.
  • Strong understanding of FEMA's mission and procurement processes.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with federal clients.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proposal development and presentation skills.
