Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a financial operations role.
• 2+ years of experience in a technology company, preferably in FinTech, focused on reconciliation activities.
• Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in cross-referencing and deductive reasoning.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Suites and tech-savvy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Eclectic communication skills in English, verbally and in writing, with additional languages considered a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex account reconciliations and financial analyses.
• Identify and resolve financial exceptions proactively.
• Coordinate issue resolution with external partners and internal teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues to meet service level agreements.
• Approve third-party payments after accurate financial record reconciliation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for partner reconciliation inquiries.
• Develop documentation for handover to the BAU team.
