Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience supporting Workday environments.
  • Base knowledge of Workday business processes, organization structures, security roles, job and position structures, and reporting.
  • Experience with integration tools like EIB, Solution, and Object Transporter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work creatively in problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work with little supervision.
  • Capability to work in remote teams and on individual tasks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet travel requirements.
  • Availability to work across time zones, minimum UK hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Work independently with clients to assist in day-to-day support of Workday.
  • Handle transactional support, testing execution, report development, data loading, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver high-quality support across multiple industries.
  • Respond to customer help desk requests and document issue resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and ensure proper documentation.
  • Identify solutions and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of data privacy best practices.
  • Achieve service level agreement (SLA) marks.
