• Experience in managing and building offshore teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing change orders effectively.
• Leadership experience in a PMO with established processes.
• Experience with outsourcing and subcontracting services.
• Expertise in measuring staff utilization for profitability.
• Strong organizational design skills for project delivery.
• Capability to collaborate with software development teams to resolve challenges.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of financial management in a professional context.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the professional services division's profitability.
• Lead the expansion and integration of offshore teams for cost efficiency and high service quality.
• Oversee the delivery of professional services projects, ensuring timely completion and profitable margins.
• Adapt organizational design to support professional services and project delivery needs.
• Collaborate with software development leaders to mitigate technical roadblocks.
• Lead the PMO to ensure effective governance and project execution.
• Manage outsourcing to third-party vendors, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
• Measure and manage staff utilization for efficiency and profitability.
• Set and monitor financial targets for the professional services division.
• Build relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and manage escalations.
• Lead and mentor a global team while promoting a culture of excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the organization.
