Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Certificate preferred but not required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including clear and concise copywriting.
• Engaging presentation and event hosting skills.
• Strong detail orientation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamically changing environment.
• A positive can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Software experience with Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace, Adobe (training provided).
• Native and/or fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Wellbeing Engagement team to create, plan and execute wellbeing campaigns for clients in Germany.
• Write, review and translate supporting copy for campaigns and coordinate campaign assets.
• Plan, prepare and host online Wellhub and Wellbeing Webinars, track attendance, and manage partnerships.
• Support communication plans for key clients and implement these plans with German Client Planners.
