Requirements:
  • 2-3 years proven experience in a Regulatory/Compliance environment, preferably in sectors like Food, Pharma, Animal feed or supplements.
  • Previous experience working with regulatory agencies is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Product Compliance including Labels, Creatives, Social media, and blogs.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.
  • Ability to multitask while managing stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great organization skills for planning and meeting preparation.
  • Commitment to accountability and follow-through on work.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Strong time management understanding of deadlines and timely communication.
  • German language skills would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
  • Review marketing content to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support product registrations in various countries/states.
  • Assist in planning and executing product trials and regulatory inspections.
  • Keep updated on changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
  • Assist with labelling, storage, packaging, and regulatory reviews.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and support internal complaint processes.
  • Help Quality team with HACCP policy and other quality requirements.
  • Review claims substantiation and maintain a regulatory knowledge database.
  • Assist with upcoming market and product expansions.
  • Study scientific and legal documents for compliance.
  • Cooperate with New Product Development and Quality teams.
