Requirements:

• Law degree from a top-tier law school and admission to practice law in EU, UK, or US.
• 10+ years of experience in a legal counsel role, with significant experience in blockchain, crypto, or fintech industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency regulation, including decentralized governance models, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation, especially related to technology, intellectual property, and commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, especially in financial services and data privacy laws.
• Demonstrated ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Interest and passion for Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and the future of blockchain.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal advice to the leadership team in blockchain technology, decentralized governance, tokenomics, and crypto regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including commercial agreements, partnerships, licensing, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure the Foundation complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures for compliance.
• Advise on organizational governance matters, including decentralized governance models.
• Manage legal risks associated with emerging technologies and decentralized platforms.
• Liaise with external legal advisors, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Support leadership in dispute resolution, regulatory inquiries, and other contentious matters.
• Stay informed on global regulatory developments affecting the crypto and blockchain industries.
