Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-6 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience preferably in similar non-profit organizations.
  • Experience with financial systems for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficient in financial planning and reporting software and analytics tools like Tableau or Qlik.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP.
  • Excellent Excel fluency and financial modeling skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage confidential information.
Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day planning and analysis activities.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to optimize departmental operations.
  • Serve as a business partner to Executive and Senior Management leaders.
  • Provide financial management support, including preparation and presentation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular management reporting and analysis of actual results.
  • Align business analytics with strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
