Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt individualized curricula based on children's age and needs.
• Organize daily lessons and manage schedules, ensuring educational materials are available.
• Select and manage qualified educators, evaluating their effectiveness.
• Conduct assessments of students’ knowledge and provide progress reports.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's achievements.
• Plan and conduct extracurricular activities and coordinate with external organizations.
• Adapt teaching approaches based on educational standards or family needs.
