Requirements:

• High School Degree or GED with a minimum of one year auto appraisal experience required.
• Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree or Technical School Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• State appraiser and claim handling licenses preferred.
• Strong technical background in auto repair and understanding of claims appraisal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, inspect, estimate, negotiate, and evaluate 1st and 3rd party auto physical damage claims.
• Deliver consistent service quality throughout the claim life cycle, including effective communication and timely follow-through.
• Scoped claims to determine physical claim value. Prepare damage appraisals according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with claim professionals for appropriate resolution and recovery sourcing.
• Conduct damage management and ensure appropriate claim reserves.
