• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training including online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job sessions.
• Delivers consistent service quality throughout the claim life cycle.
• Manages work assignments and travels to vehicle locations for inspections.
• Determines claim values using estimating software.
• Prepares accurate damage appraisals and negotiates settlements.
• Communicates claim assessments and obtains payment authorizations.
• Partners with Auto Claim Professionals throughout the claim process.
