Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in clinical informatics, health informatics, or a related field required; Formal education in clinical informatics preferred.
5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, with a focus on management and/or clinical system implementations.
Experience working with electronic healthcare record (EHR) systems required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

Own the EHR help desk; Review and resolve EHR-related IT tickets.
Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for application configuration and workflow design.
Lead and guide clinical informatics initiatives, including EHR systems design and troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with teams to identify workflow improvements and resolve system issues.
Conduct needs assessments, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance evaluations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the clinical informatics team.
