Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related major.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials including general ledger, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Experience in accounting functions for multinational operations.
• Superior communication skills for interaction with local and international coworkers.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong experience with Oracle, Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures accurate and timely compilation of accounting information in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Performs daily cash management responsibilities and reconciles multiple Oracle bank accounts.
• Manages monthly intercompany account reconciliations and reporting.
• Supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes including accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Maintains the general ledger and provides accounting information to internal customers.
• Assists with audits and provides supporting workbooks for SEC reporting.
