Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Accounting or related major.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting an accounting department in data manipulation.
• Cost/inventory accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Financials.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel ability.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and sets standard costs for new and existing items.
• Performs month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cost accounting close activities.
• Reconciles inventory subledgers and related accounts to the general ledger.
• Coordinates with contract manufacturers and maintains consigned inventory records.
• Completes process documentation ensuring SOX compliance.
• Assists internal and external auditors.
