Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar).
• 1-2 years of experience in high-demand analytical roles (consulting, investment banking, operations, finance, etc.).
• Data-driven mentality with strong analytical skills.
• Problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude.
• Ownership mentality with a bias for action.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth start-up environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in MS Excel and strong SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in English, written and oral.

Responsibilities:

• Be the owner of Operational metrics in Kazakhstan.
• Establish monthly/quarterly goals and continuously monitor achievement.
• Own the courier’s budget and develop dashboards for performance visibility.
• Analyze issues and provide solutions to meet city goals.
• Track impacts of new implementations through daily metrics.
• Build and maintain reporting models for performance support.
• Define and monitor procedures with the Supply team for city performance.
• Lead by making data-driven decisions and maintaining high standards.
• Collaborate and learn in a supportive environment.
