Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase).
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis is greatly appreciated.
  • Solid understanding of product metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, conversion) and experience with tools like Mix-panel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with a passion for data and innovation.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) from a top-tier university is preferred.
  • Familiarity with product development cycles and agile methodologies, and prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of core products and technologies within HR tech space.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key product metrics to evaluate performance, user engagement, and retention.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to product teams to drive product improvements and growth.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to help prioritize and refine product initiatives based on data insights.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards for tracking real-time product performance and key metrics for stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and best practices.
  • Deep dive into user behaviour to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for feature development and optimization.
