Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant Product Management experience in Managed IT Services, mainframe outsourcers, and/or Hosting Providers.
• Minimum of 8-10 years in mainframe application development and management.
• Proficient in application development and modernization methodologies.
• Strong skills in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree in business or economics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data analytics and integration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute product strategy for mainframe application managed services.
• Own product roadmap, feature set, and communication to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead product efforts to create services that modernize, maintain, optimize, and innovate with mainframe applications.
• Partner with delivery teams to translate requirements into packaged offers for customers.
• Define service deliverables and SLAs with technical and business units for successful product adoption.
• Communicate with clients, sales, and stakeholders for requirement gathering and issue resolution.
• Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks and resolve product development issues.
• Implement quality assurance processes for client application reliability and security.
• Stay updated with industry trends for innovation and continuous improvement.
