Responsibilities:

Proactively match rides within 24 hours from scheduled departure.
Assist in maintaining high ride claim rates across all markets.
Detect and communicate any trouble rides (anomalies) with team and leadership.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within ride-matching operations.
Ensure adherence to procedures for Same Day Build, Gender Preference, and Lateness Offboarding requests.
Fulfill requests from the PCD+ program to match ride series with the same CareDriver.
Question existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
