Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business studies from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the medical device industry; experience in neurosurgery or radiation oncology is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Exceed top line revenue goals and other key performance indicators that align with the corporate objectives.
  • Present product features and benefits during in-person sales consultations, hospital visits, and workshops.
  • Select and accelerate new sales opportunities with key stakeholders, including neurosurgeons and radiation oncologists.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Identify activities to drive sales processes within the territory.
  • Mentor others in gaining clinical support and product education.
  • Utilize sales tools and best practices to increase sales productivity.
  • Use CRM for account planning and provide business intelligence.
  • Submit all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
