Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Four (4) years of field sales experience independently managing a specified territory.
Current, valid driver's license is required.
Master's degree in Business or Sales Development preferred.
Experience within the packaging industry is a plus.
10 years of professional field sales experience preferred.
Computer skills including Microsoft Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred).
Strong sales/business acumen and selling skills.

Responsibilities:

Leads the development of new and existing end-user customers, focused on the packaging portfolio of solutions.
Implements collaboration with the packaging sales team and inside sales resources.
Determines sales goals and utilizes resources to meet and exceed objectives.
Supports relationships with key personnel at multiple levels to attain territory sales goals.
