Responsibilities:

• Contact new registered users via phone for course recommendations and website operation guidance.
• Continuously follow up on user course experiences through phone or email.
• Establish, record, and maintain customer data (e.g., contact records, feedback, purchase history).
• Provide consultation and product explanation for incoming customer inquiries, tailoring plans to customer needs.
